We were founded in 2022 after our company directors realised that there weren’t enough high-quality sustainable options in the market. We have a passion for and a background in bespoke construction of high-end homes and commercial buildings and so decided to use this knowledge and experience to offer an innovative solution to improving the park and leisure home world.
We aim to provide the same level of care and attention as we would to multi-million-pound traditional homes. We focus on the fabric of the building before matching that quality with the fit-out. This means we look to use innovative construction methods such as sips or timber frames with superior external and internal membranes to prevent air leakage and conserve energy.
Thanks to our relationships built during our years in high-end construction we can offer a full renewable package for your home including heat pumps, MVHR and solar PV.
We currently offer 3 types of homes. All of these can be built to the following footprints;
They can all be customised with choices of cladding, roof covering, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and carpets.We also offer bespoke design consultations. These can be arranged for a meeting on site in our South Somerset office or via online video conference.
